Every youtuber wants to know how much youtubers make when each of their videos get 50k, 100k, 500k, 1m, and 1.5m views. So, I will explain their earnings with the help of taking an example of a youtuber’s earnings if he gets 50k views on his videos.

First of all, let me clear that there is no fixed income per that much views. However, earning from a video depends on many factors, such as traffic sources, type of content, advertisements, etc.

This is how you can calculate your youtube earnings –

      • Traffic Sources – If your traffic is mostly from developing countries then your earning will be less as compared if your viewers are from developed countries. This is because developed countries pay more for advertisement. So, if you are from India then you should think of going to America. Just kidding, but you can make videos in English to generate traffic from developed countries while sitting in India only.
      • Type of Content – Some content getting less ads while some gets more since youtube algorithm provides ad related to the content of the video. The number of ads on your video decide how much you earn from that video. If your video is related to technology, education or music, then it will get more ads. In that case, you can earn 💲2 to 4 per 1000 views.

So, the earning would be somewhere around 💲100 to 💲200, that is 7000 to 14000 in rupees for 50000 views. However, it can be more or less depends on your content and ads on your videos.

I hope you get your answer. Now, you can also calculate how much youtubers make when each of their videos get 50k, 100k, 500k, 1m, and 1.5m views.

Real numbers selected from my video (rounded for simplicity):

      1.2 million views: $10,000
      700,000 views: $5,000
      400,000 views: $1,200
      350,000 views: $2,000
      16,000 views: $18
      15,000 views: $23
      232,000 views: $500

The numbers above are my cut, 50% of the actual ad revenue, so I pay the “fee”. YouTube will get 50% to provide the infrastructure, ad sales team, and more.

      But it’s certainly not free…

Deduct 50% if you are in the network (I am not).

40% tax, minus 50% tax if you live in California (This is why I left California… I was tired of paying for all the free government programs. $900 a month for groceries not because they need it, but because they are allowed to.

As you can see, $-per-view fluctuates a lot. In general, demand and supply are closely related.

      Successful videos are those where most advertisers are competing for ad space;

      >This means that your ads will appear more often

      >Second, it also means that advertising costs can be higher.

How much you earn from a video also depends on the type of video. A video about socks with lots of views is unlikely to have the same ad demand as a video about iPhone reviews, for example. For example, in a video about an iPhone review, the advertiser has much more to gain financially from exposure to viewers, so she pays more per 1,000 views of the ad.
