   Backup of whatsapp chat on Jio phone is possible but steps are bit different than other smartphones.

   In this answer, I will share step by step process to backup whatsapp chat on Jio phone. So, follow these simple steps and you will be able to easily backup whatsapp chat on your Jio phone –

   • Open Whatsapp and tap on the options icon
   • Then, click on the Settings option
   • Now, tap on the Account option
   • Once you tap on the Accounts options then it will direct you to a window having various options. Among all these options, one will be request account info., tap on that
   • Then, you will get a message, request sent
   • Finally you will get back up of whatsapp chat on your Jio phone but for that you have to wait for 3 days. You will get back up of whatsapp chat, images and videos within 3 days.
