I have used LimeRoad once and my Experience with the App is truly Disappointing. It’s not completely what they say it is. Feel free to read my answer to a question about LimeRoad, Which you can access from the link below:

I would say that, The Customer Care and Order Support for this app is much worse. Their Contact Numbers are always down and the Order informations are not so much. When you place an Order from this app, You can only see the Shipment status.
But still, You can submit a Order Cancellation Request on its PC Site. Head over to their site > Log In > Contact Us > Submit A Contact Form
They may or may not assist you. It would depend on your luck 😁. I submitted a form long while ago and have never received a response yet.
