Here is the path for current downloading files on Android mobile. For example if you are downloading a video using Chrome browser, you can find the path in your file manager for this particular downloading file.
Note: a pop up lighting will open from bottom of your mobile screen indicating to show the details. Click on show details so that you will get the path.
Downloads/emulated/0/Android/data/com.android.chrome/files/download.
By any chance if you miss show details option, you can open Google files app on your mobile, you will find downloads option. click on that and you will find current downloading file status here.
