Before learning this method, Remember the Exact Date And Time Of The Message You Wish To Delete
1) Disable Your Mobile Data.
2) Go To Settings> Apps> WhatsApp and then, Force stop the app.
3) After you have done that, Go to Date And Time> Set both Date and Time to when the message was sent.
4) Return to WhatsApp and Make sure your Mobile Data is still off. Head over to the message and now when you long press it, You can see the option ‘ Delete For Everyone ‘.
Choose that option and the Message Will Be Deleted Permanently!
