If On Mobile:
Login with your account> Go To Settings> Select Privacy> You can find a ‘Who can follow you’ setting> Select That Option And The CTA For Your Profile.
Changes Can Take Up To 24 Hours To Take Effect.
If On Desktop:
Open Privacy Setting> Under ‘ Blocking And Hiding’, You Can Find The Option To Switch To Follow Button Directly
