For using VPN for free and permanent in Android you should-
Open the Browser and go to link http://www.vpnbook.com and simultaneously go to the settings of your Android mobile and then VPN settings and in the web go to PPTP as shown in the image-
In setting:
Press to add VPN in Android and Copy any server and paste in your device from Chrome. There is password and user name below just copy and paste it too in the settings. For example-
And then it will show connected. So this is how you can use VPN whenever you want and you can disconnected by click it-
So this was the procedure to connect VPN freely and permanently.
