As in the new wordpress version,im unable to underline text or use Justify to format text,how can i keep the old editor back? so that i can use better text formatting or which editor is best ?

I too faced the same issue regarding the wordpress text editor,block editor has a lot of features.But i dont like it too,because too much used to old classic wordpress editor and that too as you said there is no underline and justify features with block editor.
I just installed class editor plugin and that solved the issue,it has justify and underline and if you are looking for more advanced features like font size and colouring text formatting go for TinyMCE Advanced wordpress text editor plugin.
but this TinyMCE Advanced is not available on plugins search,but we need to upload the plugin manually.Do one thing download this plugin from here and upload it manually and activate it.
Note : The above plugin only works with latest version of wordpress.
