Ideal email body for sending resume

Im applying for few jobs and i want some experienced good suggestions on email body for sending resume. How to write impressive email body for sending resume, and what are do’s and don’ts when email body for sending resume ?

Anyone can show a sample or example email body for sending resume with a image CV. So that it would really help me, making my CV to get noticed.

      Do’s and Don’ts of Email Etiquette (Body Section) –

      • Be professional, don’t use humour.
      • The source from where you get to know about job opening, mention that.
      • Write short paragraphs, separated by blank lines.
      • Avoid Typefaces such as Bold/Italics/Text colour change.
      • Do mention about attachments.
      • Keep the message focused.
      • Make sure that all the spellings are correct.
      • Don’t use exclamation mark, emojis, nickname,etc. Also avoid words such as Heya, Hey, instead use ‘Hi’ or ‘Hello’.
      • In the first para, introduce yourself and give a brief reference of the source from where you get to know about opening.
      • Second paragraph should be about the value you can bring to the company.
      • In the last para close the body by stating that you are eager to meet in person.

      Sample 1 –

      I am writing to tell you that I am impressed with the recent growth of XYZ company. So, impressed that I want to contribute for the IT Manager position at XYZ. 

      As the winner of the 2015 Webby Award for Best Structure and Navigation, with a record of increasing user experience by over 40% on more than 25 websites and apps, my goal is to leverage 5 years of  working experience to help XYZ succeed with optimizing UX on the 3 key online platforms.

      I am looking forward to meet you in person to share my ideas on making XYZ’s web development efficient and more effective.

      I have attached my resume, kindly consider it.

      Sample 2 –

      I recently came across a job vacancy post on linkedin, which I’m interested to apply for. The position for Software Engineer at ABC Company and its requirements exactly matches with the skillset and qualifications that I have.

      I have recently graduated from XYZ College in Software Engineering and I am looking to apply my knowledge in an organization like <Company Name>.   

      As a Software Engineer, I am adept in the application development & enhancement that will prove to be a great asset for your company.
