I actually use 3 apps : SnapSeed, PicsArt And Canva
Snapseed To Remove Some Blemishes And To Add Some Highlights
PicsArt To Add Some Special Effects And To Make Changes To The Background
Canva To Use Intesting Templates, Logos And Texts
They are all free and can be downloaded from Play Store
