   Hello,

   There are various reasons which can cause battery draining issue. Since, Vivo is an Android brand so there are many causes which will be triggering that issue. Here I am going to list some issues:

   • Background Apps- Check into your phone’s app settings and see which apps are running in the background even after phone is kept locked. If found stop the app from running in the background.
   • Battery Usage- Check the battery usage graph to have assumption about the battery stats. Look into the battery settings and find the reason. Some of the apps must be pulling extra juice out of the battery.
   • Virus- Due to malwares. Malwares are kind of virus which sends your data/information to some hackers while running in the background.
   • Charger- Check for the fault in the charger and the charging USB cable. Do make sure that you are using original equipment provided by the manufacturer. This might also cause this issue.
   • Battery Fault- It can be possible that your battery might’ve run into some trouble an it might’ve become faulty. Replace this battery with another original battery.

   According to me these are the probable reasons. If above all this didn’t solve the issue then you better consider contacting service centre.
