Many users have reported issues while trying to upload a media file especially after updating their WhatsApp. This issue has now been fixed after the recent update. But still, some users has come out stating that the issue still persists. Here are some ways to fix this issue:
METHOD 1: CLEARING WHATSAPP CACHE FILES
METHOD 2: MOVING THE MEDIA CONTENT
Before you proceed further, make sure to follow method 1 again ie, clearing the cache and force stopping the app before following the below steps
If both these methods doesn’t work for you, then try the option to Clear Data of the App which can be found in Method 1 ( Take A Back-up Of Your WhatsApp Chat Before Doing This ). If it still doesn’t work for you, You might have to reinstall WhatsApp again.
