When the interviewer ask you to introduce about yourself in interview. Most probably you start with your name, instead of that just wish a greeting like good morning good afternoon something like that.
After that you can start introducing yourself, this is so and so, graduated as etc. Start telling about your interested niche activities.
I am taking an example, if the interview is about artificial intelligence. tell about yourself, why you are so interested about artificial intelligence, what are your childhood dreams and passion about artificial intelligence etc.
This creates a really positive impression towards the role and position of the candidate they are looking for. Ofcourse You can tell about all traditional self introduction but this may be a bit unique and may draw the attention of the interviewer. In between you can ask some killer questions to the interviewer.
