I want to know the mandatory security options in Google photos to be turned on. Because there will be a lot of private photos which I upload to Google photos of want to know the security options available in Google photos for my photos to be really secured.

Let us see some Google photos security options, that should be turned on and that should be turned off, for your better security of your Google photos.
The main security problems will occur when you share the albums with other people. So see some Google security options when sharing album to your friends. In the above image there is a option called hide from library. You might only song so that this particular album will get hide from Google photos first interface.
To turn the security option, tap on the Google albums what your sharing and click on three dots at right top corner and you’ll see this option.

Rechecking the albums which you shared previously, you may turn off link sharing:
You may have shared album previously with one of your friends or any group of friends now you can turn that link sharing of by going to the settings.
In the image of the link sharing is turned on. just tap it to disable, so that that album won’t be shared with anyone. To view this option, open album, click on 3 dots at top and then click on options option.
