Reload can’t send try again later on Instagram DM. if Instagram DM is not working then it may be probably due to over activity of direct messages on Instagram.
When you try to send too many messages to too many people on Instagram direct messages, Instagram may have hold you to message someone on Instagram for second amount of time.
