don’t know if it’ll help but your file is probably too large, try converting it to mp4 and most importantly scale it down to 360p or at least less than 15mb if possible, I had issues with an mp4 video but it was 1080p and 74mb even though it was just a minute so I had to convert and reduce the resolution and post it in multiple parts but hey it worked.
