I updated my windows 10 laptop recently, and it is showing error like no power options available.

Solution one : you can get back to the previous power settings by using following command.
Open command prompt ( windows + R)
powercfg –restoredefaultschemes
Run the above command so that power options get reverted back.
Solution 2 :
Open command prompt : secpol.msc executive this command.
Then you will see something like Local Security Policy window opens with 3 options.
Click on Security Settings then Local Policies then User Rights Assignment then Policy: Shut down. After this system restarts.
Solution 3:
There Maybe corrupt or missing system files. Open command prompt and run SFC command (System File Checker) to repair the problematic system files and retrieve the power options.
