Follow these steps to Uninstall teams permanently:
1. Open window settings.
2. Navigate to apps.
3. Select apps and features.
4. Search Microsoft Teams under app list. Here make sure to filter your search by “All drives” and then search for “Teams”.
5. Microsoft teams app will show up click on the menu on the right hand side and select uninstall.
6. In some time, it will uninstall completely from your system.
