“An error (-5006: 0x80070002) has occurred while running the setup” is a common error faced by many users while trying to uninstall a program from their Windows PC. This error usually occurs because the terminal server may be in application server mode or in other modes instead of install mode. When it is not in install mode, Many programs may fail to start and may stop responding. You can easily fix this using CMD. Follow the instructions below:
1) Open Command Prompt in Administrator Mode by just going to Windows Search> Type “CMD”> Right Click CMD> Run As Administrator
2) Type the following code:
change user /install
Press Enter and the following message will appear:
“User session is ready to install applications”
3) Now the problem must be fixed if not, Then restart your PC and try again.

After pressing Enter I get the message: “Install mode does not apply to a Remote Desktop Session Host server configured for remote administration.”

The error occurs due to rdh mode (remote desktop host server). so when you are trying to install any application in this mode first you need to switch to install mode on Windows.
so before installing any remote application just open your command prompt on your computer.
And install the install mode.
Now you are ready to install here required application. Now you won’t face that error anymore.
