I got a doubt like if I set my alarm on my iPhone and marrying volume is really low do my alarm gets off because my ringing volume is low?

No IPhone alarm for go off when the volume is low but they won’t be audible when ringing. I tested this right now on my iphone, Yes they don’t get off but no volume will be audible.
Because in iPhone alarms won’t have separate ring volume setting.
