Go to the website http://www.support.snapchat.com , then there will be many options select the first one My account login and scroll down and then select the option I forgot my password as shown in the image below
Then below there will be an option Need help with someone else there, you have to select it and press yes as shown in image
Then you need to fill up the necessary details that they are asked for, for example see this two images below
And press send and wait for the email they send.
