First login into you facebook account and go to that video which you want to download, click in the three dots in right top corner and click on copy link
Then go to any browser likewise I have used chrome browser and copy the link and edit it, you should only add basic after m in the link like
Then click the video and press it, there it will show download option and it will automatically save in gallery
