To fix the audio device settings in Microsoft teams call and to correct the Microphone and speaker issues you should-
First you should check whether you are mute or not!
If you are not mute then go to the three dot option then go to show device settings-
Then you need to select the correct option of microphone whichever is suitable to your device and check the blue volume bar like-
And if that setting is not working alternatively change the microphone setting again, then it will work.
