Here is the step by step procedure to delete google photos permanently. I will show you deletion process both on Google photos app and on Computer. First we will see how to delete Google photos on Google photos app.
ON App : Open Google Photos app, to select all the photos which we want to delete, just tap on the photo. Once we do that, it gets selected.
Now you may click on the date above ( to select multiple photos) or select likewise all photos you want to delete. At right top corner you will see trash icon, click on that to delete.
Now open Bin folder and click on 3 dots at right top corner and choose empty bin to delete photos permanently.
