In order to disable WhatsApp calls on your mobile, either for a particular person or entirely. All you can do is you can of the notifications of WhatsApp calls.
You can click settings on your Android mobile and then click on apps and notifications and their you find WhatsApp. Here click on notifications and turn off notifications for calls.
